Intro to Nibol

Nibol is an easy-to-use application that offers an office management system combined with bookable workspaces.

Nibol allows organizations of any size to create a hybrid workspace for their employees, freeing them to work from where they are happiest.

Once you have completed the registration in the app choose if:

• Start creating a business space by activating one of our plans dedicated to Office Management

• Activate Spaces on Demand and allow your employees to book coworking spaces wherever they are

• Book a workspace for yourself [coming soon]

Request the features you would like most about Nibol

Your feedback is always very valuable to us and listening to it is our main way to improve

Nibol every day.

Precisely for this reason, we have provided a platform where you can publish the features you would like in Nibol and be able to vote on those published by other users if they match your wishes!

Let's see how to publish a feature request:

1. Go to: https://nibol.canny.io/features-requests

2. Go to 'Create Post' and enter the title and details of your request

3. If you want, you can also attach a photo

4. Finally click on 'Create Post' to publish your request

Once published, you can always modify, delete or add of comments to your request, simply by entering it.

How to vote for a feature published by others:

Once you enter Canny you will see the list of features that are created every day by other users like you or by us members of the Nibol team.

You can give your vote to each of these by clicking on the symbol next to the title 🔺. The same symbol, after your vote, will turn red.

The number you see next to each feature corresponds to the number of votes it received.

If you change your mind and you don't want to vote on a feature anymore, you just have to always click on the voting symbol 🔺 and it will turn grey again.

Nice info to know

• You can use the filters available to discover the most trending features (i.e. the most voted ones) or the latest ones just inserted

• If you voted for a feature, every time it changes its status, for example (from Planned to Complete) you'll be notified via email, so you'll always know when the feature you're waiting for will be ready.

• As the features acquire a status, our roadmap will be populated and you can consult it here
