Activate Spaces on Demand

Activate the Spaces on Demand service for your employees and give them a budget to book coworking spaces wherever they are

Spaces on Demand is the Nibol service that allows you to give your employees access to workspaces on demand throughout Europe without fixed costs, paying only for the actual use.

To activate it click on + Add budget on the homepage or go to your account settings > Company > Plans & Billing > Activate Spaces on Demand.

Complete the activation by filling in the required data:

  • Billing information

  • Billing details

  • Payment method

    Get started!

N.B. If you get the missing:billing_info error, click on the Edit button of billing details and enter SDI and PEC to proceed correctly.

Once your subscription to Spaces on Demand has been activated, you will see a dedicated section appear in the settings of your administrator account > Spaces:

  • Activate the visibility of the spaces on the map in the Visible Spaces section

  • Then decide how to customize the payment method for each group on Group Budget by clicking on Edit

You will in fact have two levels of activation of the service available:

  1. Leave employees the opportunity to pay for their reservations with their card

  2. Give them a company budget for reservations

Nice to know on groups and budgets:

  • The assignment of the budget to a group is immediate (example last event minute)

  • Users who do not have an assigned budget can still book by paying with a credit card

  • Users who belong to multiple groups will have assigned the highest budget between the two

  • The budget can be changed at any time and users who undergo the change will be notified immediately. If the budget is reduced, the user who has already made reservations will go negative and will not be able to make other reservations for that month

  • The budget is deducted the day you enter the room, not the day the reservation is made.

  • In case of cancellation, the budget is credited back to the user if the cancellation is made up to 4 hours before the start of the reservation

  • The Everyone group impacts all users
