Add your company's buildings and start using Office Management

Find out how to independently activate the service to manage offices and hybrid work by starting to create your company's buildings.

To start using the Office Management service, you must choose a subscription plan and then create your company's buildings.

To activate the service and start creating your company's spaces, you have two options:

  • Click on the button + Add building, which you can find in the left sidebar at the bottom

From here the steps to follow to complete the activation are the same regardless of which path you

chose:

  1. Click on “Start 14-day free trial” button under the Office Management service

  2. Choose the 12-month subscription plan that suits you best (between Starter and Pro)

  3. Enter the billing information and details and a payment method (to choose between SEPA and Card)

  4. Confirm the activation of the 14-day free trial period

N.B. If you get the missing:billing_info error, click on the button Edit billing information and enter SDI and PEC to proceed correctly.

After that, create your building by entering:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Timezone

And finally Add.

Now you can create the office spaces and entities that you want to make bookable to you and your colleagues.

If you would like to take out a 24-month subscription or activate additional services (Add-ons)

Contact us at info@nibol.com and one of our sales staff will carefully follow you through the activation.

If you would like to activate a subscription of 24 months or more, payment will be made by bank transfer.
