Use Emergency Export in case of need
Learn how to quickly get an updated list of people on site in case of emergencies or evacuations
The Emergency export is an essential PDF document for getting an immediate overview of office attendance in case of need, such as an evacuation.
What data does the Emergency Export contain
The report contains the list of all users and external visitors who have checked in on their reservation for the current day.
If your company uses the Access module, the report will include all users (employees and/or visitors) who have registered their entry through the digital badge.
It provides information such as:
Name
Entity booked
Time and method of check-in (for example, through the app)
Space inside the building where the booking was made
Other information such as the Security Role (fillable by the admin directly into the directory) and additional fields that can be managed through the Custom fields module (e.g. 'Allergies', 'Phone Number', 'Security Contact').
How to download the Emergency Export
You can download the report both from the web version of Nibol and from the mobile app:
From PC (web version): go to the Reservations Register and click on the 'Export Emergency' button at the top right.
From the App (mobile): access the More section and tap 'Receive Emergency Export'.
