Nibol Welcome is the app that acts as a virtual receptionist for your company. Positioned at the entrance to your office, it allows you to manage the flow of people entering in an automated, secure and fast way.
What does the service allow you to do?
The service allows:
Visitors to independently register and check-in at the entrance.
The company to request personalized data and the digital acceptance of its policies from visitors and to have a history always available from the activity panel.
Employees to confirm the check-in of their booking in the office by scanning a QR code or swiping an NFC badge directly on the tablet.
The reception desk to quickly associate a badge with a user (only available for Android devices with NFC technology).

To start using Nibol Welcome, you will first need to download the app on your tablet devices. If you haven't done so yet, you can use the links below:
