Assign the role of Delivery Manager to administrators with Google Workspace integrated active directory

In order to assign the role of Delivery Manager for your company that has already integrated its Google Workspace active directory on Nibol, we need to do a simple preliminary action:

  • Change the custom attribute related to the value of the new role to be assigned to Google Admin

Let's see how:

  1. Login to your Google Admin platform > Users

  2. Select from the list of your users the administrator who will also manage deliveries

Now on the employee's information at the role level (see screenshot)

click on the โœ๏ธ edit in correspondence with the indicated section and enter the value delivery.Admin > save under the heading โ€œroleโ€.

At this point, just go back to Nibol > Integrations > in correspondence with Google Workspace (directory) > click on Configure.

Now you will find the Map entities section > in correspondence to the Administrator role you will have to add the attribute delivery.Admin you just created, you will therefore end up with two roles: admin and delivery.Admin.

Under the administrator heading you will see that of Delivery Manager > next to it proceed to enter the attribute you just created delivery.Admin, at this point you will see the two roles: delivery.Manager and delivery.Admin.

Now all you have to do is click on complete the configuration and synchronize.

Done!
