To manage your reservations you have at your disposal the manager platform dedicated to hosts. In addition to managing reservations you can edit, add or delete your spaces, you can manage your personal account and update your billing information.
How a reservation happens
When a Nibol user makes a reservation in the App, payment of the full amount occurs immediately.
Nibol handles the billing with the end customer and sends a single payment to the facility monthly.
Each reservation is notified to the facility via instant email containing information on the number of reserved stations, date, and time of reservation.
Each notified reservation is considered already confirmed.
