Nibol implements a cancellation policy designed to protect both hosts who post spaces on our platform and the end user at the time of booking.
This policy is the same whether the booking is on a shared space or a private space.
Nibol does not charge any Service Fee for cancelled bookings.
The refund policy provides a full 100% refund if the cancellation of the reservation is made within 4 hours of the start of the reservation.
