Nibol implements a cancellation policy designed to protect both hosts who post spaces on our platform and the end user at the time of booking.

This policy is the same whether the booking is on a shared space or a private space.

Nibol does not charge any Service Fee for cancelled bookings.

The payment flow requires the payment method to be charged 4 hours before the start of the reservation.

Example:

- Time of reservation: 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; charge will be made at 10:00 a.m. (4 hours before).

Until that time, the user can cancel the reservation at no charge. After 4 hours from the start of the reservation, in case of cancellation, there will be no refund.

The right to refund will always be respected for exceptional cases that will be considered and granted with respect to the peculiarity of the situation.
