Log in to your business account

You can log in to Nibol using various methods, for example, entering your email and password or using Google or Microsoft's Single Sign On (SSO). The method depends on the settings chosen by your company.

Login with credentials received via email

When you entered Nibol, you received an invitation email, very similar to the one I show you as an example below:

If this is your case, just open the app at this link and enter both the credentials provided in the invitation: email and temporary password.

Create your personal password

Once you enter your temporary password, you will be redirected to create a new personal one.

Once this step is over, you will only have to accept the Terms and Conditions of use of the app, and any policies that your company has established.

Login with SSO

If your company has integrated the active directory with Google, Microsoft or Okta, you can proceed to log in to Nibol using the Single Sign On provided by one of the three systems provided.
Once you have entered your user email, just choose to complete the login with Google, Microsoft or Okta.

PS: if you are a user with double authentication, be careful when choosing the user profile linked to the directory on Nibol.
