The administrators interface, including the modules dedicated to reporting booking activities and the settings related to the company profile, are available exclusively on the web platform. This is to ensure the best management experience.
How to log in to your account in the app
As with the web platform, on the login page you can log in with email and password or with Single Sign On.
Login with credentials
In this case, you just need to enter your email address and personal password. If you don't remember your password, you can always change it using the “Reset Password” button that appears after entering
the email.
If you have been added to Nibol by your company and this is the first time you log in to the app, you will need to use the credentials in the invitation received via email: company email and temporary password.
Login with SSO
If your company has integrated the active directory with Google, Microsoft or Okta, you can proceed to log in to Nibol using the Single Sign On provided by one of the three systems.
Once you have entered your user email, you just have to choose to complete the login with Google, Microsoft or Okta. A window will open to confirm the account you are logging in with.
For Android devices:
The login is successfully completed when the “You can close this window” screen appears and you can return to the app by clicking on the “Back to app” button
PS: If you are a user with double authentication, be careful when choosing the user profile linked to the directory on Nibol.
