Here you can find out how to book, check in, check out or cancel your reservation
Book a workstation in one of the free spaces on the Nibol map.
Follow the steps:
Go to App -> Map 🗺️
Select the venue in the city or area you are looking for (you can filter by type)
Choose the pass you want to book from those provided by the venue > Continue
Select the number of people, the day and the time slot to book -> Book for free
To confirm to the venue host your reservation, we ask you to remember to check in once inside the space.
Not only that, by checking in you have the opportunity to see and copy the Wi-Fi password in the space where you booked, so that you don't have to ask for it and can immediately navigate with peace of mind.
You can check in from 15 minutes before the booking starts, up to 30 minutes after the booking start time.
If you do not check in within this period of time, you will not have the opportunity to leave a review about your experience.
How not to miss any check-in
What you can do to make sure you don't miss any check-in is to activate push on your Nibol app. In this way, you will receive a notification when you can check in, without losing a single one > go to Account > Notifications.
How to cancel a reservation
Directly from the home page, by selecting the day of the reservation you want to cancel, you will see a recap of the reservation. You will have the opportunity to see the details from the view details 👁️🗨️ button or to delete it from the button with the basket symbol 🗑️.
Once canceled, you will read the status canceled, and if your notifications are active, followed by an email confirming cancellation.
