It is important to consider the difference between an exclusive assignment and a non-exclusive assignment.

  • Exclusive assignment: it is the possibility of assigning a seat or parking space to a single employee member. He/She will see, available for booking, only the location or parking space assigned to him/her.

    ✅ Assignment to a member

    ❌ Assignment to a group

  • Non-exclusive assignment: it is the possibility of assigning a seat or parking space to several members or groups who can book both the seats assigned to them and all the others available.

✅ Assignment to one or more members

Assignment to one or more groups

✅ Assignment to members and groups at the same time

In the event that an employee should find themselves in the situation of enjoying both an exclusive assignment for a seat or parking lot and a non-exclusive assignment, he or she will only see the assigned location exclusively.
