I received notification of a package coming for me, what should I do?

I received an email or push notification (depending on the settings chosen) saying that I received a package and other useful information.

What do I do now?

1. Enter the App, and in the Deliveries section you will find one or more lines corresponding to each delivery in your name and the details of the package

2. As soon as you have collected the package, click on Picked up to confirm that you have recovered it

In the Picked up section you can always view the list of deliveries with the details of each of these.

You can filter deliveries based on the building where they took place from the drop-down menu at the top right.
