I forgot my password or I want to reset it to create a new one

If you have forgotten your password, when you are logging in, enter your email and click on the Reset Password button.

At this point you will receive an email with a link directing you to create a new one, follow the link and proceed.

Once done, you will receive further confirmation via email that the change has been successful.

If, on the other hand, you are logged in to your account and want to change your password, you can go to Settings > Account > Access Information and click on the Reset Password button.

Likewise, you will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password.
