Assign the role of Delivery Manager to an employee member with Microsoft integrated active directory

In order to assign the role of Delivery Manager for your company that has already integrated its Microsoft Azure active directory on Nibol, we must do a simple preliminary action:

  • Enter a new field related to the role to be assigned

Let's see how:

  1. Login to your Azure platform

  2. On the search bar type > Users > choose the user to whom you want to assign the role of Delivery Manager

  3. Under Process information edit position > enter the expected role (ex: Delivery.manager)

At this point, just go back to the Nibol app [link to 5.0] > Integrations > in correspondence with Microsoft Azure (directory) > click on Configure.

Now you will find yourself in the section Map entities > in correspondence with the role under administrator you will see Delivery Manager > next to it you must type Delivery.manager (value previously entered on Azure).

Now all you have to do is click on Complete setup and Synchronize.


You can assign the role of Delivery Manager to several members of your company on Nibol, at this point you will have to follow the same path on Azure and once you return to Nibol within your Integration > click on Synchronize.
