Am I entitled to a refund if I cancel a paid booking?

Nibol implements a cancellation policy aimed at protecting both the managers who publish spaces on our platform, and you, at the time of your booking.

This policy is the same whether it is a reservation on a shared space or a private space.

Cancellation and refund policy on paid spaces

In line with our Terms of Service, no fee applies for reservations canceled within 4 hours of the start of the reservation.


The payment flow requires that the payment method is charged 4 hours before the start of the booking.
Example:
Booking time from 14:00 to 19:00 > the charge will be made at 10:00 (4 hours before).
Until then, the user can cancel the reservation at no cost. After 4 hours from the start of the booking, in case of cancellation, there will be no refund.

The right to reimbursement will always be respected for exceptional cases that will be considered and granted with respect to the peculiarity of the situation.
