With Nibol you can customize the SMTP address of transactional emails sent by Nibol.
To change the sender of the emails, from app.nibol.com click on Settings > Company > Advanced & API > Custom SMTP.
Once here, you'll have the option to change:
The sender's name
The sender's email address
The general SMTP settings, which include:
a. Port
b. Host
c. SMTP username
d. SMTP password
e. Using SSL
Take your time to configure these fields. Once done, remember to click on the 'Save' button at the bottom left of your screen.
Done!
Once the configuration is complete, you can send yourself a test email by clicking on the corresponding button at the bottom right.
