Starter Plan

It is the basic plan that allows you to:

  • Reserve desks at capacity

  • Connect among colleagues

  • Invite outside visitors to your office

  • Use Nibol via web, mobile and Slack apps

  • Do data export to .CSV

  • Get support via chat and email

Pro Plan

Suitable for teams of any size. Includes broader features designed to improve smart working management:

  • Everything included in the Starter Plan

  • Reserve desks and see colleagues on the map

  • Book meeting rooms with two-way sync with calendars and from displays in the office

  • Book anything (parking, equipment, etc.)

  • Manage office deliveries

  • Dashboard analytics

  • Single Sign-On

  • Active Directories, Okta integration and native APIs to sync users with other applications

Enterprise Plan

Designed for large companies working in hybrid mode and global teams with special needs. With the Enterprise Plan you have:

  • Everything included in the Pro Plan

  • Data stored on a dedicated cluster

  • Custom SMTP and whitelabel email

  • Custom sign-up page

  • Integration with Kisi for office access control

  • Custom on-demand integrations

  • Priority support via chat, email and phone
