Find out how to set your favourites, communications, language and password reset
Within your account, in the Settings section you can choose to set
Login and password
In this section you can choose to set your preferred booking time, this time will be used when you book by choosing the all-day, morning, or afternoon option
Simply click Start and End and choose! Saving is automatic
Again in this favorites section, you can also indicate your preferred building or type of work if it is 100% remote.
Finally, choose how to display your colleagues in your office plans. You can choose between:
Time of first booking, click on the point on the right to choose this option, saving is then automatic.
Name of your colleague, click on the sticker on the right to choose this option, saving is then automatic.
In this section you choose which types of communication you receive and through which channels. Currently our main channels are: email, and push notifications.
Activate the button to the right of each communication type and your choice will be saved automatically.
You can currently use Nibol in Italian, English, or French. Select the button to the right of the language and your choice will be saved automatically.
You want to change your password or have forgotten it, go to this section and enter your email address. Once done, we will send you an email with a link to create a new password.
Enter this section if you want to delete your account, you will be directed to the email page set up in your device and you can send us a cancellation request.
