Search and book near a colleague by Nibol app and web app

Once you have ensured that the admin of your company on Nibol has activated the possibility of showing colleagues, you can easily start searching for your colleague or colleague to be able to book near your location and/or parking space.

Find out how to do it by following these steps:

1. Click on the search symbol 🔍 at the top right > on the search bar you can type in your name and surname yourself or scroll through the list of members.

You will see all members even those who have no active bookings.

Once you have found your colleague, you will see his or her booked days in blue > click on the booked day.

You will now see the details of his or her booking > click on the map symbol shown to the right of the booking.

Now that you have found your colleague and where his or her desk or parking space is > you can proceed with your nearby reservation!

1. Click on ➕ > on the search bar you can type in your name and surname or scroll through the list of members.

   You will see all members even those with no active bookings.

2. Once you have found the member, you will see his or her booked days in blue > click on the booked day.

3. You will now see the details of his or her bookings > click on the map symbol shown to the right of the booking.

4. Now that you have found your colleague and where his or her desk or parking space is > you can proceed with your nearby reservation!
