In the role of administrator, you have the ability to make workstation and parking bookings visible to all members.

Activating this ability will allow all members of your organization to search for each other, see their colleagues' bookings and thus be able to reserve a nearby workstation or parking space.

When you decide to activate the 'show colleagues' functionality for workplaces and/or parking spaces for even just one building in your organization, the ability to search for colleagues will be available to all members. On the other hand, when viewing the bookings of colleagues once they have been searched, this will only be available to members with visibility of the building in which it is active.

1. Log into business.nibol.co > click on desks in the left-hand menu

2. Now activate the > show colleagues
