Find out in the next steps how to handle the arrival of delivery in your office:
Manage deliveries via Nibol mobile App
Open the Nibol App > click on the bottom ➕ > click on
Scan a delivery
Enable the camera to scan the delivered parcel, you can frame and photograph the delivery label where the recipient's name is written and let the App automatically fill in the field: recipient.
Now you can do the following
Confirm the assigned building
Select the courier of the arrived delivery
You can enter additional information useful for the recipient such as the place to pick up his delivery.
Finally, click on
Save and Notify

At this point, the recipient will receive a push notification (if active) on his mobile device and an email notifying him that his delivery has arrived and is waiting to be picked up.
In the same email, he will read any additional information entered by the Delivery Manager.
Useful information can be, for example, indicating the location where the recipient can collect his delivery.
Also in the Nibol App, you can see the complete list of deliveries to be picked up and collected by clicking on the 📦 icon at the bottom left of the ➕.

By clicking on each of these you can see all the details of each delivery. You can make changes using the pencil symbol ✏️ or delete the delivery using the basket symbol 🗑️. All these actions will be notified to the recipient of the delivery with an email.
Finally, as a delivery manager, you will see the notification option activated to be used if the parcel is delayed in being picked up.
With a simple click > on the notification
button, the recipient receives an additional reminder by e-mail.
Manage deliveries from Web App
Enter the Nibol web app > click on the circle with the ➕ at the bottom left > click on Scan a delivery
.
Using the web app the steps for receiving a delivery remain the same as seen in the app except for the possibility to scan with the phone's camera.
You can now:
Choose the recipient from the list or by typing their name into the search bar
Confirm the assigned building
Select the courier of the incoming delivery
You can enter additional useful information for the recipient such as where to pick up his delivery.
Finally, click on
Save and Notify
