Assigning the role of Delivery Manager to an employee member with an integrated Microsoft Azure active directory

In order to be able to assign the role of Delivery Manager for a company that has already integrated its Microsoft Azure active directory on Nibol, we need to take a simple preliminary action:

• Enter a new field for the role to be assigned.

Let's see how:

1. Login to your Azure platform

2. On the search bar type > Users > choose the user to whom you want to assign the Delivery Manager role

3. Under Process Information change the position > enter the expected role (e.g.: Delivery.manager)

Now go back to business.nibol.co Integrations > under Microsoft Azure (directory) > click on configure > configure

You will now find the Map Entities section > under the role under administrator you will see Delivery Manager > next to it you must type Delivery.manager (value previously entered in Azure).

Now all you have to do is click complete configuration and synchronize.

Done!

You can assign the Delivery Manager role to multiple members of your company on Nibol, at which point you will need to follow the same path on Azure and once back on business.nibol.co within your Integration > click Synchronise.
