Assigning the role of Delivery Manager to administrators with an integrated Microsoft Azure active directory

To be able to assign the role of Delivery Manager for a company that has already integrated its Microsoft Azure active directory on Nibol, we need to take a simple preliminary action:
Enter a new field for the role to be assigned.
Let's see how:
Login to your Azure platform
On the search bar type > Users > choose the administrator user to whom you also want to assign the Delivery Manager role
Under Process Information change the position > enter a new role e.g. delivery.Admin
Now go back to business.nibol.co Integrations > under Microsoft Azure (directory) > click on configure
> configure
You will now find the Map Entities section > under the Administrator role you will need to enter both roles: Admin
, delivery.Admin
under Delivery Manager you will need to enter both roles: delivery.Manager
, delivery.Admin
(value previously entered in Azure).
Now all you have to do is click on complete the configuration and synchronize
.
Done!
You can assign the Delivery Manager role to multiple members of your company on Nibol, at which point you will need to follow the same path on Azure and once back on business.nibol.co within your Integration > click Synchronise.
