What does it mean that my subscription is in a state of grace?

The grace period of my subscription with Nibol has a maximum duration of 7 days, a period in which all members of your company can continue to use the services provided by your previous subscription.

In this period of time, all members will be notified by a banner that will appear while using the Nibol web app and that will indicate the days until the end of the grace period.

What happens when the grace status of my subscription expires?

By the end of the 7 days, you can decide to:

  • Renew your subscription, the latter will be active again > Active

  • Communicate cancellation of the subscription, the latter will become > Terminated

If you do not inform us of any decision after the 7 days provided for by the state of grace, your subscription will go directly to the Terminated status > find out more in the dedicated section

“My subscription has ended.”

You can find all the information related to the status of your subscription by going to business.nibol.co > once you have entered your credentials > go to the bottom left and click on Billing > click on Subscription.
