Now that you have activated your subscription with Nibol, the latter's status has changed to Active.

You will be able to fully enjoy the features provided by your subscribed plan. Active-status subscriptions can be annual or biennial.

What happens when your subscription with Nibol expires?

  1. You can choose to renew, in this way the status of your subscription will continue to be Active.

  2. You can decide to cancel by communicating your choice via email to info@nibol.com

  3. It may happen that you forget to renew your subscription.

Let's consider the latter case:

When your active subscription expires and we have not received any communication from you and your company, Nibol will give you an additional active subscription period of 7 days. In this case, your subscription will go into a state of grace, find out more in the dedicated section > My subscription is in a state of grace

once you have entered your credentials > go to the bottom left and click on Billing > click on Subscription
