Now that you have activated your subscription with Nibol, its status has changed to active

You will be able to enjoy the full functionality of your subscribed plan. Subscriptions with an active status can be annual or biennial.

What happens when your subscription with Nibol expires?

  1. You can choose to renew, so your subscription status will continue to be active.

  2. You can decide to cancel by communicating your choice by email to info@nibol.com.

  3. It may happen that you forget to renew your subscription.

Let us consider the latter case:

When your active subscription expires and we have not received any notification from you and your company, Nibol will give you an additional 7-day active subscription period. In this case, your subscription will go into a state of grace, find out more in the dedicated section > My subscription is in a state of grace

You can find all the information related to the status of your subscription by going to business.nibol.co > once you have entered your credentials > go to the bottom left and click on Billing > click on Subscriptions
