Employee members

All users in Nibol have the possibility to invite visitors to your office.

But, only members with the role of administrator can:

  • Enable the possibility of inviting visitors

  • Enable the possibility of assigning a location to visitors

  • Make company Wi-Fi information available to visitors

Activate the possibility of inviting visitors

To activate this possibility, from business.nibol.co click on Visitors > Settings. Once there, enable the option by clicking to the right of Accept visitors.

Done!

From now on, your employees will be able to invite guests to your office.

Enable the possibility of assigning a location to visitors

To enable this possibility, from business.nibol.co, click on Visitors > Settings.

Once here, enable the option by clicking to the right of Assign desk.

Done!

From now on, your employees will be able to assign an available workstation to their guests.

Making company WiFi information available to visitors

To set up information about your WiFi, from business.nibol.co, click on Visitors > Settings

Once here, click on WiFI under Settings at the top of your screen. From this page, you will be able to add and change your WiFi name and password.

Once invited, your visitors will automatically receive the information selected here.
