Connect your Slack account to Nibol

If your organization has Slack installed in the corporate work environment, you can connect your Slack account with Nibol to have everything at your fingertips.

To do this, simply go to the Integrations section of your Account > click on Connect Slack Account and complete the required steps.

Thanks to the integration between Nibol and Slack, you can easily:

• Reserve any available desk or your last desk

• Choose to show your colleagues when you are in the office through the Slack status

• Receive push notifications related to booking activities on Nibol

Once the integration is activated, the Nibol app will be present among the Apps integrated on your Slack (if you don't find it immediately present in your workspace click on Add app, search for it by name and add it).

Let's see the details for each possibility below:

Reserve any available desk or your last desk

You can book a desk on Nibol directly from your Slack workspace.

To do this, you just need to:

1. Choose which week to book (with a visibility of 4 future weeks)

2. Choose in which building of your organization

3. Click on Book a random desk or Book last reserved desk and your reservation is done!

At this point you can see where the station is located on the map by clicking See desk on map or cancel it if necessary by clicking ❌ Cancel.

You will then receive confirmation via email from Nibol of the reservations made, and of any cancellations.

Know that:

Both random and last desk reservations will always be successful as long as there are seats available to book. The only opportunities for an unsuccessful booking attempt occur when:

• There are no more seats available in the building You are

• trying to book on a day when another reservation is already in progress

Choose to show your colleagues when you are in the office through the Slack status

The integration allows you to show your colleagues when you are in the office by showing it on your Slack status every time you have an active booking in the office.

If you'd like to share it, just log in to Nibol and click on your Account Settings > Integrations > and finally Update Slack Status (you'll always be free to turn it off).

Receive push notifications related to booking activities on Nibol

With this integration, you can receive all important Nibol notifications directly in your Slack workspace. From booking confirmations for desks, parking spaces and rooms to updates on check-in status.
