Scan and notify colleagues when a package arrives at the office

To scan an incoming package and notify your colleagues, follow the steps below:
Enter the App and go to
Actions
->Scan
At this point, you can photograph the package label that will automatically capture the name and surname of the recipient to notify it (the recipient must be a user of your company on Nibol)
Or skip passing the photo and fill in the recipient's details with the useful info
Finally, Save and Notify!
At this point, the recipient of the delivery was notified by email.

What to do if the delivery is not picked up?
As you can see from the image above, you have a section of packages waiting and one of the collected ones.
Just tap on Send a notification to notify the recipient a second time (or as many times as necessary to request a withdrawal).
Once picked up, you'll see the delivery detail under the Picked Up section.

You can change the delivery details or cancel it if necessary!
All you have to do is tap on the wink symbol 👁️🗨️ and use the pencil to modify or the basket to cancel delivery.
Recipients will receive an email and/or push update about it!
