Book a Nibol Space and work remotely

If you are an employee, find out how to book in a Nibol Space when you want to work remotely, how to pay with the company budget or with your credit card

Booking a Space on demand is really simple, let's see how to do it in a few steps:

Select the space:

  1. Select Spaces in the App

  2. Now, with the map open, search for your area of interest and see all the available spaces: hot desks, paid private spaces, and free spaces.

  3. For convenience, you can filter the various types of space (see screenshot)

Book a paid space:

  1. Once the space has been selected, you can see all the useful information: rating, rates, available services, any description of the place, and other info included by the room

  2. Choose the hourly package with its corresponding rate -> forward (see screenshot)

  1. Choose the day -> forward

  2. Choose the time and finally see the recap before paying

At this point, you may have an assigned business budget, or pay directly with your card.

Let's see both cases.

Pay using your payment method:

  1. At the time of payment, you will be asked to set up your billing info (you can save them directly in the Billing and Payments section in your account)

  2. Once set up, complete the payment!

Pay using the business budget:

  1. If your company has allocated you a budget, you will find the remaining amount available to complete the payment (example screenshot below)

N.b. If you cancel a reservation 4 hours before the starting time, the amount deducted will be recharged into your budget. If you cancel after 4 hours from the starting time of the reservation, however, there will be no refund.
