Book a workstation in a private space: coworking or meeting room
With Nibol you can book a private space in unique environments.
You can book for a meeting, an off-site, a team session or a presentation.
All spaces are equipped with an excellent Wi-Fi connection, in a refined and welcoming environment to make your working time as productive as possible.
Follow the steps to make a reservation:
Go to App -> Map πΊοΈ
Select the venue in the city or area you are looking for
Choose the pass you want to book from those provided by the venue > Continue
Select the number of people, day and time slot for booking
If you haven't already done so in the settings, add your billing information and preferred payment method -> Confirm and pay
To confirm to the venue host your reservation, we ask you to remember to check in once inside the space.
Not only that, by checking in you have the opportunity to see and copy the Wi-Fi password in the space where you booked, so that you don't have to ask for it and can immediately navigate with peace of mind.
You can check in from 15 minutes before the booking starts, up to 30 minutes after the booking start time.
If you do not check in within this period of time, you will not have the opportunity to leave a review about your experience.
