Set up your company's groups

Learn how to divide members into different groups to set specific rules and restrictions for using Nibol

Before you start creating a group and customizing its settings, you should know that the Everyone group exists in your member directory.

The Everyone group includes all your members by default and has the same ability to be customized as the groups you are going to create.

Start by creating a group:

  1. Go to business.nibol.co, click on Members > Groups.

  2. Now, click on 'Add Group'.

    Done!

Edit group details:

Now modify the settings for the group you just created. Specifically, Nibol gives you the option to set:

  1. Group Name

  2. Group ID

  3. Group Description

  4. Group Color

Take some time to modify these details and proceed to the next step.

Not sure about this information? No problem! You can always change them later by clicking on Settings last tab within the group to be modified.

Add members to the group:

Now add individual members to the group. To do this, from within a group page, click on Add Members at the top right. Once done, enter the email addresses on the popup screen. Confirm the addition of members by clicking Add.

Edit group constraints

You're almost done! Now, if you want, you can add specific restrictions to the members of your group. Specifically, Nibol gives you the opportunity to:

  • Set visibility on future days

  • Limit the number of reservations in a certain period of time

  • Manage visible spaces

  • Set bookable times

Take some time to set up this information and you're done!

Setting visibility for future days.

To change these settings, from business.nibol.co, click on Members > Groups.

Once this is done, click on the name of the group you want to modify (✏️), and then click on Future Days visible in the second tab on the screen.

In this space, you can set the number of future days visible to employee members of this group in order to book.

Limit the number of bookings over a certain period of time

To change these settings, from business.nibol.co, click on Members > Groups.

Once this is done, click on the name of the group you want to modify (✏️), and then click on Desk booking limit (third tab on the screen).

Set the booking limit for locations by selecting the maximum number of reservations for a period of time.

Manage visible spaces

To change these settings, from business.nibol.co, click on Members > Groups.

Once this is done, click on the name of the group you want to modify (✏️), and then click on Visible Spaces fourth tab on the screen.

Set in which space a member of this group can book.

Set bookable times

To change these settings, from business.nibol.co, click on Members > Groups.

Once this is done, click on the name of the group you want to modify (✏️), and then click on Bookable times (fifth tab on the screen).

Set the days and times when a member of this group can book.

Important: keep in mind that if you decide to set these personalized times for your groups, they will overwrite and therefore have effect on the building's hours.
