Login to the administrator platform

Once we have received the acceptance of the contract from your company, we will immediately send you an email inviting you to use Nibol, with a brief explanation of our service and how to best use it.

Once the email has been received (in which there will be a temporary password), we ask you to set your new password.

Once this is done, after accepting the privacy policy, you will be able to access our platform and start using the service.

Change the password for your administrator account

1. Open the Nibol web app > connect to business.nibol.co

2. .Access the profile section > click on your name at the top right of the screen > click on Reset password > enter the email address linked to your account > send link.

3. Change your password > you will receive an email at the address entered with a link from which to reset your password > Open the link by clicking on the button in the email and proceed to change your password > Once the process is complete, you will receive an email confirming the change of password.

   Done!

Edit and customize the web app settings for administrators

1. Open the Nibol web app > connect to business.nibol.co

2. Click on your name at the top right of your screen, just below your company logo.

3. Click on Personal Profile to change the language from the “Language” section.

4. Click on Notifications to customize the notification system that you want to receive with respect to the information related to your account, news and info on Nibol services, newsletters, and finally on the active services chosen for your company.

5. Click on Reset Password to begin the process of resetting an account's password.

Recover the password for your administrator account

1. Open the Nibol web app > connect to business.nibol.co

2. Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page > write the email address used for registration.

3. You will shortly receive an email with all the information you need to reset your password.
