Consult the new dashboard and discover your Nibol usage data

The dashboard aims to give a complete view of the use of buildings and spaces by groups of employees, and by visitors, in a specific period of time.

The focus of this version is on desk booking activities & user behavior.

How to consult the dashboard

You can see the following data:

• The number of active users (active user = the one who has made at least one reservation)

• The average use of the desks

• The number of confirmed check-in

• The number of canceled reservations

• The number of desks booked (by at least 1 employee).

• The number of visitors invited (at least once a day) with an assigned desk.

• Percentage of desk occupancy: that is, the number of desks with at least one reservation made by an employee or assigned to a visitor out of total capacity*.

*capacity: understood as the sum of the desks available.

Available filters

• Period of time, in which to choose between: custom interval, this week, previous week, next week, and, this month.

• Buildings: multi-selection among the buildings created.

• Spaces: it is activated once the buildings have been selected.

• Groups: multi-selection among the groups created.

Nice to know: when you choose the custom interval, you have up to 90 days of selectable range available.

How to download the selected graphic

You can export the image of the selected graphic to PNG format directly from the Download button on the right of the graphic itself.

Request new metrics

The dashboard will continue to be enriched, over time, with new metrics, and they will be just the ones you requested.
Use the button at the top right of Request metrics and write down the most useful metrics for you to add.
