Find out how to activate Spaces on demand service and set a budget for your employees

Spaces on demand is Nibol's new service that allows you to provide your employees with workspaces on demand throughout Europe (and around the world soon!) without fixed costs, paying only for the actual use.

Enter the platform and go to the new Spaces on demand section directly from this link and finally activate your subscription.

All you will need to do is:

  1. Fill out your billing information

  2. Set up a payment method

  3. Accept the terms and conditions

Once done that, we provide you with two levels of service activation:

  • Show the spaces to your employees, and leave them the opportunity to pay for their reservations.

  • Show the spaces to your employees and give them a budget for reservations.

  1. Go to business.nibol.co -> Spaces on demand

  2. Click on Activate Spaces on demand

    Done!

  3. Now activate a budget for the group you prefer (see the screen below) and save

    Done!

Nice to know about groups and budgets

  • The assignment of the budget to a group is immediate (for example last minute event)

  • Users who do not have an assigned budget will still be able to book by paying with a credit card

  • Users who belong to more than one group will have allocated the highest budget between the two.

  • The budget may be modified at any time and users who undergo the change will be notified immediately. In the event of a reduction in the budget, the user who has already made reservations will go negative and will not be able to make other reservations for that month

  • The budget is scaled to the day the room is entered, not the day the booking is made.

  • In the event of a cancellation, the budget is recredited to the user if the cancellation is made up to 4 hours before the start of the booking

  • The “Everyone” group impacts all users
