FAQ: I have received notification of an incoming package for me, what should I do?

I have received an email or push notification (depending on the settings chosen) that says that I have received a package and other useful information.

What do I do now?

1. Enter the App, and on your homepage, you will find one or more sections at Deliveries based on the number of deliveries received.

2. Enter each of these to confirm!

In the Pick-up section, you can always see and view the list of deliveries with the details of each of them.
