FAQ - I have forgotten my password, or I want to reset it to create a new one

If you have forgotten your password, when you are logging in, enter your email and go to Forgot or forgotten password (depending on the language chosen in your profile).

At this point, you will receive an email with a link that directs you to create a new one, follow the link and proceed.
Once done, you will receive further confirmation via email that the change has occurred successfully.

To reset your password to create a new one

You can go to your profile settings (click on your Account - Settings - Access and Password) and complete the reset here.
