What happens when a member belongs to several different groups?
Consider how it happens between the various settings given to your groups
Here are examples of how the various group settings behave in the case of an employee who belongs to several different groups.
This is very important to consider as it limits the same booking option as employee members.
Let's see the examples for each available setting:
Visible future days
An employee is part of group A (14 visible future days) and is also part of group B (30 future days visible) this employee will have a visibility of 30 future visible days. In this case, the setting with the highest number wins.
Seat booking limit
An employee who belongs to group A (who can book 7/7 days) and also belongs to group B (who can book 2/30 days instead) can book 7/7 days since the ratio between the two values is the greatest. In this case, the setting with the highest ratio between the two values wins.
An employee who belongs to group A (with the active limit of 7/7) and group B (no limit activated) this employee will have no active limit. When an employee is also part of a group that has no restrictions on booking seats, they will never have booking limits.
An employee who belongs to group A (who sees spaces x and y) and belongs to group B (who sees spaces z), this employee will see the spaces x, y, z available for booking. Again, the spaces add up.
An employee belongs to group A (who can book Friday from 10-20) and also belongs to group B (which can book Monday from 9-18 and Tuesday from 9-13) this employee can book in all three scheduled shifts of the groups to which he belongs, so Monday from 9-18, Tuesday from 9-13 and finally Friday from 10-20. All the shifts add up.
