Assign the role of Delivery Manager to administrators with integrated Microsoft Azure active directory

In order to assign the role of Delivery Manager for your company that has already integrated its Microsoft Azure active directory on Nibol, we must do a simple preliminary action:

• Enter a new field related to the role to be assigned

Let's see how:

1. Login to your Azure platform

2. On the search bar type > Users > choose the administrator user to whom you also want to assign the role of Delivery Manager

3. Under Process Information, change the position > insert a new role, such as delivery.Admin

At this point, all you have to do is return to business.nibol.co > Integrations > in correspondence

to Microsoft Azure (directory) > click on configure > Configure

Now you will find the section Map the Entities > in correspondence to the administrator role you must enter both roles: Admin, delivery.Admin

In correspondence with Delivery Manager you will have to enter both roles: delivery.Manager, delivery.Admin (value previously entered on Azure).

Now all you have to do is click on complete the configuration and synchronize.

Done!

You can assign the role of Delivery Manager to several members of your company on Nibol, at this point you will have to follow the same path on Azure and once you return to business.nibol.co within your Integration > click on Synchronize.
