Set up transactional emails for your employees

Find out how to configure the transactional emails Nibol sends to your employees

Edit Nibol's transactional emails

  1. Open business.nibol.co > click on Settings in the left-hand sidebar, and select Customised emails

  2. View the list of transactional emails > once here, you will be able to take a look at all the transactional emails we send to your members, each associated with a specific event.

  3. To edit the contents of these, click on the Edit icon (✏️) to the right of each email.

  4. Customize email design > to change the design of transactional emails, click on Design at the top of your screen.

From this page, you will be able to customize

  • Your company logo

  • The corporate color

  • The email footer

Once you have made changes to your email design, remember to save your changes by clicking on Save at the top right of your screen.

Configure the SMTP settings of your emails

To change the SMTP settings of Nibol's transactional emails > click on SMTP Settings at the top of your screen.

Once inside, you will have the possibility to change

  • The sender's name

  • The sender's email address

  • The general SMTP settings, which include: a. Port b. Host c. SMTP username d. SMTP password e. SSL usage

Take your time to configure these fields. Once done, remember to click on the 'Save' button in the top right-hand corner of your screen.

Insert customized fields in your transactional emails

Nibol gives you the possibility to insert predefined fields (such as member name, space name, time of booking, etc.) into transactional emails from our service.

To do this, from business.nibol.co, enter the editor by clicking on the Edit icon at the side of the email to be customized and insert the customized fields as desired from the top of your screen.

Send a test email to your email address

To send yourself a test email, from business.nibol.co, go to Settings > Customised Transactional Emails, and from the list of emails click on the Edit icon (✏️) next to the email you want to test. On the customization page, click on Send test email at the top right of your screen.

Customize the look of your transactional emails

Nibol gives you the possibility to change the design of transactional emails from our service.

In particular, you will be given the possibility to change:

  • The corporate color (used in some parts of transactional emails),

  • Your company logo,

  • The content of the footer of each email.

To edit these elements, from business.nibol.co, go to Settings > Customised transactional emails, and click on Design at the top of your screen.

Once this is done, you will be able to change the logo, company colors, and footer content of each email.

Change the sender of transactional emails

To change the email sender, from business.nibol.co, click on Settings > Customised Transactional Emails, and then select SMTP Settings at the top right of your screen.

Once here, you will be able to change the email address from which you send emails, the name of the sender, and other SMTP settings.
