I need to replace my office plan, how can I do it?

To change the map, go to business.nibol.com and click on the image of the previous map to be replaced, then select the JPEG file from your PC and confirm.

Please note that:

• The new map in JPEG to be inserted must be the same size as the previous one in terms of height and width, this is to maintain the same position of the previously created locations or parking spaces.

• If the new plan has a completely different space layout from the previous one, once it has been uploaded you will only have to move the desks and/or parking spaces according to the new layout.

• Finally, again in the case of replacing a floor plan with a different layout, you will not be able to move the meeting rooms. In this case, you will have to delete them (click on the room -> click on the bin symbol at the bottom left of the screen that opens) and redraw them to the new location on your new floor plan.
