What I need to know about configuring Everyone group settings

The Everyone group exists by default in your member's directory and includes all of them. This group has the possibility of being customized in its settings, just like all groups you create. Specifically, you can also manage the following settings for the Everyone group:

• Visible future days

• Reservation limit

• Visible spaces

• Bookable times

• Settings (name, ID, color)

We advise you to proceed in the following manner when it comes to group settings:

If you do not use customized groups in your organization, then proceed to set the various limits ONLY in the Everyone group.

Conversely, if you use groups in your organization, customizing them in their settings, then deactivate the various limits in the Everyone group.

This way, no conflicts will arise.
