1. Navigate to business.nibol.co

To integrate your Microsoft Azure active directory with Nibol, navigate to business.nibol.co. From our web app, click on Integrations from the left sidebar.

2. Log in to Microsoft Azure

Be careful: to proceed with the installation of the integration, you are asked to have access to an admin account in Microsoft Azure.

Once here, you will have the possibility to check every integration of third-party software with Nibol.

Click now on "Install" under the Microsoft Azure logo (see screenshot below).

Done that, you will be asked to log in to your Microsoft Azure platform. To do that, click on "Connect" and enter the credentials of your Azure account from the window appearing.

3. Map your members in Nibol

Once logged in, Nibol will give you the possibility to assign roles in Nibol (Admins and Employees) through your Azure directory. Specifically, you have to enter a unique value in Nibol, a value that will have to be present in your Azure members' profile in order to access the Admin role. To do that, enter a specific value in one of the fields present on the "Map Entities page". For instance, here we use the jobTitle field (see screenshot below).

Done that, as per the screenshot, all the members that will have a value of jobTitle="Manager" (also,h in this case, choose your value arbitrarily) in their profiles will gain access to the Admin platform.

In case you haven't done it before, log in to your Azure platform and enter the same value in the field chosen, inside your users' profile pages.

In this case, for example, enter the value chosen to define Admins in the referring field of your Azure directory (see screenshot below).

4. Synchronize your directory

Done! From now on, your Nibol directory will be automatically updated with the changes of your Azure active directory. That means that at the addition of a new member, Nibol will invite him/her immediately to use our service. You don't even need to notify him, Nibol does it all by itself!

In case you might need to force a new synchronization with your Azure directory, just use the button "Synchronize" (see screenshot below).
