If you see "Lost reservation" in the app, it means you didn't check-in in time.

What does it happen?

When you lose a reservation, it means your slot and seat become again available on the app for new reservations. Just make sure with the venue manager there is room enough for you.

Don't forget to do the check-in next time, this helps the manager and the Nibol Team to understand everything worked fine.
