Setting a check-in procedure may be an effective way to the reduce the "no-shows" in your meeting rooms.

To set it up, from, navigate to Rooms > Settings. Once there, click on the "Check-in" tab under Settings. Now you will be able to enable check-ins, set the time frame in which attendees should check-in, and even decide if you want to make the room available again in case of no-show.
