Add a new member to the list

First of all:

  1. To add new employees or admins, navigate to business.nibol.co

  2. Navigate to the Members section > on the left sidebar, and you find all the features of Nibol. Click on the Members section, right below the Nibol logo on the upper left side of the screen.

  3. Explore your directory of users and admins, done that, you will be redirected to your employees and admins directory. This section provides all the information on the users that have been previously added to Nibol.

  4. Click on the button Add on the top right of the screen. Done that, you will be asked to provide the name and email of your new employee or admin.

To select the role assigned to the new user, click on the dropdown list under Role >

If you want to send directly the invitation to the newly added user > click on Send invitation

In case you are just preparing the list of the users, and you want to send the invitations when you will have added all of them, deselect this option. You will have the possibility to invite them later.

Invite a new list member to your Nibol directory

Now, if you have postponed the invitation, you can start inviting the users to Nibol.

  1. To do that, select them from the list by clicking on the left of their names.

  2. Alternatively, if you want to invite all of them now, click on the checkbox aside from "Members", on the top left side of the table.

  3. Regardless of the option chosen in this step, you will see the option "Send invitation" appearing on the top side of the table.

  4. Click it to invite all of the selected users to Nibol.

  5. If you want, you can also delete users by clicking on the "Bin" icon on the top side of the table.

Done! If you have followed the instruction correctly, you will see the status of the invited users changing to Invited.

Members you have invited will be provided with the information (username and temporary password) to access Nibol. Once they will have accepted the policy and updated their temporary password, you will see their status changing to Active.

Below is a sample of the email we will send to your employees and administrators when you click "Send Invitation".

If you have invited some users correctly, but they can't find the invitation email, ask them to check their Spam folder.

Remove members from the Nibol directory

To delete one or more users from Nibol, from business.nibol.co > select the checkbox beside their name > click on the Delete icon (🗑️) on the upper side of the table.

If you will have to invite a user that you have previously deleted > just click again on Add on the upper right side of the screen and enter the required information about him/her (name, surname, email address, and role).

Member activation status

After having added an employee or an admin to the Nibol directory, the new member will appear in the tab beneath the section Members of Nibol. On the right of each name, you will see a tag indicating the state of the invitation of that member.

List of available states of Nibol, about the single members added to the directory:

  1. Active: the member has been added correctly to the Nibol directory, has received the invitation email, and has updated the temporary password present in the email.

  2. Invited: the member has been added correctly to the Nibol directory, and has received the invitation email while he/she has not updated the temporary password present in the email.

  3. Inviting: the member has been added correctly to the Nibol directory, but the invitation email has not been delivered yet. The state remains unchanged for the time needed (generally around 30 seconds) to send the invitation email.

  4. Not invited: the member has been added correctly to the Nibol directory, but the admin has decided to send the invitation afterward. To invite the member, select the checkbox on the left of a member's name and click on "Send invitation" on the upper side of the table.

  5. Error: we were not able to send the invitation to the email address provided by the admin. In the vast majority of the cases, this means that the email address is not valid.

If the "Error" label appears beside one of the Members' names present in your directory, it may be that you have entered an incorrect email.

We kindly ask you to check for it.
