Follow the steps to connect your Microsoft Azure active directory to Nibol

1. Open business.nibol.co > from our web app, then click on Integrations in the left-hand sidebar.

2. Proceed to log in via Microsoft Azure

   Please note, that to proceed with the integration installation, you must have an administrator account in Microsoft Azure.

3. Once here, you will be able to view all current integrations with Nibol.

4. Now click on Install under the Microsoft Azure logo (see screenshot below).

5. After this, you will be asked to connect to the Microsoft Azure portal > click on Connect and enter your Azure credentials from the window that appears.

6. Once this is done, you will be asked to connect to the Microsoft Azure portal > click on Connect and enter your Azure credentials from the window that appears.

Map your members in Nibol

Once logged in, Nibol will give you the ability to assign Nibol roles (Employee or Administrator) via your Azure directory. In particular, you will now have the ability to associate a unique value in Nibol that allows users in Azure to obtain Administrator access credentials. To do this, enter a value in the marked box (see screenshot below).

Once this is done, all members with the value jobTitle="Manager" (in this case, use wording of your choice) will have access to the Administrator platform.

If you have not done so previously, then log in to the Azure platform and enter the same wording in the "jobTitle" field (in this case, freely choose a field of your choice from the drop-down menu of our platform) from within the individual user profile.

In this case, for example, enter the word Manager in the reference field in Azure (see screenshot below).

Synchronize your directory

Done! From now on, your Nibol directory is integrated with your Microsoft Azure directory. This means that when you add a new member in Azure, it will automatically be added in Nibol.

And you won't even have to worry about notifying the new member of its addition. We will take care of sending a welcome e-mail to your employee!

In case you want to force a new synchronization with your Azure directory, use the Synchronize button (see screenshot below).
