How do I cancel a reservation?

A booking can only be cancelled via web app or mobile app in the following cases:

  1. If it is a future booking

  2. If it is a current reservation

You just need to go to the reservation you want to cancel and click on the red Cancel button, you will automatically see the message of successful cancellation and you will receive (if you have enabled notification) a confirmation email.

If the check-in functionality is active, you can still cancel a future reservation by clicking on Cancel, or terminate it earlier if it is current, by clicking on End now

You will see your terminated or canceled bookings in your calendar both in the mobile app and on the web.

Attention: it is not possible to cancel a past and finished booking.
